I found what I was looking for on their user friendly website, but due to my own error, I missed getting the welcome discount that was offered. I emailed them and they credited the discount on my card! That was so sweet, but they went even further to make me a happy loyal customer! Something went wacky with the shipping and when it looked like my wife’s broach would not arrive by Christmas, they cancelled my order and express shipped me an identical one at their expense that arrived on time!
